Production Process
Mix the flour and saltwater to make a dough. The dough then passes through ripen conveyor and goes into the rollers. The dough sheet will be adjusted to the appropriate thickness and then shred. The length of the noodles can be adjusted at any time. Noodle rods can also be automatically recycled which saves a lot of labor costs.
Then the noodles are hung on sticks and sent to the automatic drying room for 4-5hours. The temperature and humidity of the drying room are completely controlled by the computer and HMI
